Transform any venue into a visual showpiece. CitiView AV rents, installs, and operates high-resolution LED video walls for corporate events, conferences, product launches, and live experiences across NYC, NJ, Denver, and nationwide.
LED video wall rental from CitiView AV includes the wall, its installation and an operator for your full program. We size each wall to the room and audience, build it on site, and run content for corporate events, conferences and product launches across New York, New Jersey, Denver and nationwide.
An LED video wall instantly elevates the visual impact of any event — but only when it's the right size, correctly installed, and professionally operated throughout your program. CitiView AV is a full-service LED video wall partner, not just a rental house.
We handle everything: site surveys, structural rigging or ground-stacking, pixel mapping, content formatting, live video switching, and post-event strike. Our experienced technicians are on-site for the full event to ensure your wall performs flawlessly from the first session to the last.
We carry fine-pitch indoor panels and robust outdoor-rated LED systems — giving us the flexibility to deploy the right solution for any environment, audience size, or viewing distance.
A complete, turnkey solution — from design to strike.
Pre-event venue visits or remote design sessions to determine optimal wall dimensions, pixel pitch, viewing distance, rigging method, and power requirements.
Professional load-in crew, structural rigging or certified ground-stack builds, and full pixel calibration so every panel is perfectly aligned and color-matched before doors open.
We prepare your content in the correct resolution and aspect ratio for the wall — including slide formatting, video encoding, and custom resolution files that maximize clarity on any configuration.
A dedicated LED technician manages your wall throughout the event — switching inputs, running cue lists, adjusting brightness for lighting changes, and handling any real-time adjustments needed.
Integration with your full AV system — live camera feeds, computer presentations, video playback, and real-time graphics — all routed seamlessly to the LED wall and any auxiliary displays.
Efficient post-event disassembly and load-out, coordinated with your venue's schedule so you don't miss a hard-out time or incur overtime charges.
From a single-panel backdrop to a massive multi-screen environment — we've built LED installations for every type of event.
LED walls as main stage backdrop, IMAG screens, and content display for general sessions — giving every seat in the house a perfect view.
Immersive LED environments that make your product the center of attention — from reveal backdrops to full wraparound LED experiences.
Dynamic LED backdrops that respond to your program — static branding during cocktails, live switching during award presentations, full video playback during entertainment segments.
Custom-size LED panels for booth backdrops and exhibit displays that attract foot traffic and deliver your message with maximum visual impact.
From the first consultation to the final load-out, here's how we ensure your LED wall performs perfectly.
We review your venue drawings, audience size, and viewing distances to recommend the right wall dimensions, pixel pitch, and configuration for your event.
We review all your presentation assets and video files, converting everything to native resolution for the wall so everything looks sharp and professional.
Our certified rigging crew assembles and mounts the LED wall, performs full pixel calibration, and integrates with the broader AV system during setup day.
Full walk-through of every content element with your team — confirming all inputs work, all slides look correct, and all video files play back at full quality.
Dedicated technician on-site for the entire event, managing every cue and input — followed by efficient disassembly within your venue's strike window.
We've deployed LED walls at venues across New York, New Jersey, and Denver — from hotel ballrooms to rooftop terraces to convention halls. Here's what sets us apart from equipment-only rental houses.
Every LED wall we build is installed by trained, certified technicians — not day labor. We follow proper rigging protocols and carry comprehensive liability insurance.
We always bring extra LED panels to every event. If a panel has an issue, it gets swapped out immediately — with zero visible disruption to your program.
Because we also provide audio, lighting, and staging, your LED wall is integrated into the full production — not a standalone rental that doesn't talk to the rest of your system.
We've worked in hotels, convention centers, outdoor tents, rooftop venues, and private spaces. We know how to adapt to every environment's structural, power, and scheduling constraints.
Wall sizing depends on your viewing distance, room dimensions, and audience size. As a general rule, the wall height should be roughly 1/6 of the maximum viewing distance. We calculate the optimal configuration for your specific venue during our consultation.
Indoor panels use finer pixel pitch for close-up viewing and are not weatherproofed. Outdoor panels are higher brightness (to compete with ambient light), weather-rated, and more rugged. We carry both and will recommend the right type based on your venue.
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for large walls or complex builds. For smaller configurations, 2–3 weeks is typically sufficient. Rush bookings may be possible depending on inventory availability.
Yes. We review all your presentation files and video assets before the event and ensure they're formatted correctly for your wall's native resolution. Many clients are surprised how much of a difference proper content formatting makes in LED wall quality.
We primarily serve New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens), New Jersey, and Denver, Colorado. We also take national engagements for events in other markets — contact us to discuss your location.
