You only get one launch moment. CitiView AV produces product launches that command attention — with immersive LED environments, broadcast-quality live streaming, precision stage production, and the technical team to make every reveal land perfectly.
A product launch is both a media moment and a brand moment — and the production must deliver on both fronts simultaneously. A technical failure, a botched reveal, or a streaming dropout doesn't just ruin the event. It becomes the story.
CitiView AV has produced product launches for brands across industries — from consumer electronics to pharmaceuticals to enterprise software. We design every technical element around the reveal moment, ensuring the live audience, media attendees, and virtual viewers all experience the same visceral impact.
We serve clients in New York City, New Jersey, Denver, and nationally — bringing the same standard of technical excellence regardless of venue size or audience scale.
Every technical element engineered around your reveal moment.
Custom LED configurations — from single backdrop walls to full wraparound immersive environments — that make your product the visual centerpiece of every frame.
Programmed lighting cues that build anticipation, execute the reveal with maximum impact, and maintain brand-consistent atmosphere throughout the entire program.
Multi-camera production capturing the launch for media, customers, and stakeholders watching online — with the same production quality as the in-room experience.
Concert-grade PA systems, wireless microphone setups, and crisp playback systems for product demonstration videos, brand anthems, and presenter amplification.
Seamless video playback, multi-source switching, and presenter confidence systems so your executives can focus on the launch — not the technology.
Multi-camera recordings, isolated b-roll, and clean audio capture for post-event content — giving your marketing team high-quality assets from the launch moment itself.
Every product launch is different — we adapt to whatever format gives your product the best stage.
High-production-value events designed to impress media and generate coverage — with broadcast streaming, professional b-roll capture, and a technical setup that photographs beautifully.
Trade launches for channel partners — combining product reveals with corporate presentations, demonstration stations, and high-energy programming to build sales momentum.
Public-facing launch activations with immersive LED environments, interactive elements, and social-media-worthy production moments that extend the launch beyond the event itself.
In-person launch paired with a polished virtual broadcast — reaching customers, partners, and media globally while maximizing the impact of your live reveal moment.
Every successful launch is built on meticulous pre-production. Here's how we bring your launch vision to life.
We review your creative vision, product story, and reveal moment — then design a technical approach that amplifies every element of your narrative.
Stage layout, LED wall configuration, lighting plot, and camera positions — all designed around the reveal moment and your venue's physical constraints.
LED content, lighting cue programming, video playback sequences, and audio levels all coordinated and tested until the technical execution matches the creative vision.
Complete run-throughs of every reveal cue, video playback, lighting sequence, and presenter transition — until the execution is absolutely precise.
Flawless live execution followed by delivery of all recordings and isolated camera feeds — giving your marketing team the content assets they need.
We've produced launches for consumer brands, enterprise technology companies, and everything in between. Here's why marketing teams trust us with their most important moment.
Every technical decision we make is subordinate to making your reveal moment land with maximum impact. We design backwards from that moment.
We produce for both the live audience and the camera simultaneously — ensuring your launch looks spectacular on screen as well as in person.
Backup systems for every critical technical element — because a product launch cannot have a second take, and a technical failure cannot be the story.
Post-event recordings, isolated camera feeds, and clean audio assets delivered quickly — giving your marketing team launch content they can actually use.
For major product launches with complex LED or lighting builds, we recommend 8–12 weeks. Simpler launches can often be produced in 4–6 weeks. The key is having enough time to properly rehearse the reveal cues — rushed rehearsals are the most common cause of launch-day problems.
