The Challenge

Boutique hotels and private clubs present unique AV challenges that large convention center operators can’t address: tight load-in windows, architectural constraints that prohibit permanent rigging, discerning clientele who expect invisible-yet-flawless technology, and event coordinators who need a production partner they can trust implicitly — show after show.

Our Solution

CitiView developed a portable, venue-optimized AV toolkit purpose-built for NYC’s intimate and mid-sized event spaces. Our modular LED wall system — built around 2.6mm pixel pitch panels — can be configured in dozens of layouts to fit any room geometry without permanent installation. Panels arrive in flight cases, assemble in under two hours, and disappear just as quickly after the event.

For audio, we deploy a flown or ground-stacked line array system scaled to the room — with full wireless microphone packages (Shure Axient and ULX-D), in-ear monitoring for performers, and Dante audio networking for clean, interference-free signal distribution throughout even the most acoustically challenging historic spaces.
