What size LED wall do I need for my event?
Wall sizing depends on your viewing distance, room dimensions, and audience size. As a general rule, the wall height should be roughly 1/6 of the maximum viewing distance. We calculate the optimal configuration for your specific venue during our consultation.
What’s the difference between indoor and outdoor LED panels?
Indoor panels use finer pixel pitch for close-up viewing and are not weatherproofed. Outdoor panels are higher brightness (to compete with ambient light), weather-rated, and more rugged. We carry both and will recommend the right type based on your venue.
How far in advance do I need to book an LED wall rental?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for large walls or complex builds. For smaller configurations, 2–3 weeks is typically sufficient. Rush bookings may be possible depending on inventory availability.
Do you format content for the LED wall?
