SHI International: Quarterly Executive Meetings with Multi-Wall LED Production

For over three years, CitiView Audio Visual has been the exclusive AV production partner for SHI International’s high-profile quarterly executive meetings — delivered under our sister brand, Avideo.

The Challenge

SHI International required a recurring, high-production-value event solution for their quarterly all-hands and executive leadership meetings. Each event needed to project a polished, consistent brand image with large-scale visuals, seamless live-switching between presenter feeds, and reliable execution across varying venue configurations — all managed under a confidential production framework through the Avideo brand.

Our Solution

CitiView deployed a signature four-wall LED configuration: four panels each approximately 3m × 5m in a curved horseshoe layout that immersed the audience in brand visuals and live content. Our NovaStar LED processing system ensured pixel-perfect color calibration across all four walls simultaneously.

Content routing was managed through a Roland multi-channel video switcher with a Blackmagic Design backup path, enabling seamless transitions between presenter laptops, camera feeds, and brand motion graphics. Our crew of six managed all technical direction, camera operation, and stage management on site.
