About This Process
Precision Starts
Before the Event
The AV Tech Sheet ensures our team has everything needed to deliver a flawless experience. Submit at least 14 days before your event so we can prepare equipment, staffing, and technical logistics. No detail is too small — the more information you provide, the better your event will run.
Submit Early
Tech sheets must be received at least 14 days prior. This allows time for equipment reservations, staffing, and any special setups your event requires.
Details Matter
Mic positions, slide transitions, livestream timing — every detail helps our team prepare a technically flawless experience for your audience.
Run of Show
Include a full schedule if your event has multiple segments. Our team will follow your timeline precisely and anticipate every AV transition.
Day-Of Support
A dedicated CitiView technician is on-site for setup, sound check, and the full duration of your event — from load-in to wrap.

Historic landmark at the Foundation Building. Full stage production, lighting grids, line arrays, and streaming for large-scale events and performances.

Modern multi-use building including the Frederick P. Rose Auditorium. Full AV integration throughout all levels of the building.
Foundation Building
Historic academic spaces with complete AV support for lectures, symposiums, panels, and intimate presentations.
